Can I speak to someone before I order?
Yes, and we would prefer it. Every order starts with a complimentary conversation: a specialist answers your questions, explains what each option can and cannot tell you, and confirms pricing before you are asked to pay.
How is this different from a mail-order DNA kit?
A kit posts you a report and leaves you to interpret it. Here, the option is chosen for the question you actually have, reviewed against current evidence, and explained to you in person by a specialist who stays reachable afterwards.
How is my sample collected?
Saliva only—there are no needles and no blood. A trained professional can collect the sample at your home or office in supported locations, or you can visit one of our collection centres.
What if my sample needs to be taken again?
Occasionally a sample does not yield enough readable DNA. If that happens we arrange a repeat collection at no extra cost, and the 28-day timeline restarts from the new sample. You can also request a repeat later if you would like your DNA re-examined against newer findings.
Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. This is a lifestyle and prevention service, not a diagnostic test. Your results describe inherited tendencies and how your body is likely to respond to everyday choices. They are read alongside your family history, and anything that warrants medical attention is something we will encourage you to take to your doctor.
How is my genetic information protected?
Your personal and genetic information is handled as sensitive health data. It is never sold. Production privacy, consent and retention details will be presented before testing.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is provided privately because the right option depends on your question. A specialist confirms the scope and full quotation before you are asked to pay.
